Leadership Coaching

Even the best leaders benefit from hearing a different perspective. When faced with new challenges or unexpected conflict, sometimes old habits of thinking and acting don't work as well as they have in the past, in fact they may be part of the problem.

I draw upon my experience as a pastor, educator, and counselor to suggest personal transformations and systemic alterations that result in increased individual effectiveness and increase institutional capacity. The process involves listening to the core intention of the leader and assessing the resistance and resilience of the key players as they interact with one another.

Coaching can occur both on-site and over the phone.
